Warranty

This Warranty applies to the following products:

  1. RhinoShield CrashGuard Bumper
  2. RhinoShield PlayProof Case
  3. RhinoShield Mod (Frame, Buttons, Rim, BackPlate)
  4. RhinoShield SolidSuit Case
  5. RhinoShield Impact Protection Screen Protector
  6. RhinoShield 9H Tempered Glass Protector
  7. RhinoShield Impact Flex Back Protector
  8. RhinoShield MFI Certified Lightning Cable
  9. RhinoShield Add-on Lenses

*Products mentioned above must be purchased from us with a valid proof of purchase.

Please check the quality of the products upon reception and contact us if you see anything out of the ordinary. For any product damaged upon arrival you MUST contact us within 7 days after arrival or the product will not be considered as such.

This Limited Warranty does NOT apply to the following products:

  • RhinoShield Scratch Guard Back Film
  • RhinoShield Free Back Skin and/or Metallic Back Skin
  • Free and/or promotional products (reviews, videos, etc.) 

What does this Limited Warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects (see below) in material or workmanship during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Upbeat Retail reserves the right to replace, at no charge, the product that proves defective because of material defects or workmanship. Please note that the warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original end purchaser.

What we will do? 

Upbeat Retail will replace the product at no charge, with a brand new product for the same model.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for products purchased from Rhinoshield.in is 30 Days starting from the date of arrival.

What is NOT covered by this Limited Warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by / originates from:  

  1. Drops.
  2. Installation failures.
  3. Normal daily wear and tear.
  4. Intentional modifications.
  5. Products not sold by us
  6. Products not manufactured by us.
  7. Misuse and/or mishandling of product.
  8. Theft or loss of the product.

What to do?

To obtain this warranty service, you MUST first contact us with a valid proof of purchase AND two (2) photos to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Please note we do not accept unannounced returned damaged products.

Upbeat Retail reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, without liability to you or any third party to modify, suspend or terminate the warranty.
